I am currently working at a lymphatic salon, but I thought that I could do something to approach customers' worries such as stiffness and discomfort, so I came across traditional Thai massage and thought about introducing it to the menu. One of the reasons I decided to enroll in the Shivaka School of Traditional Medicine was that I thought it would be possible to learn while training my five senses with the changes in the natural environment. It was my first time to have a traditional Thai massage, so I was a little worried, but since the group was small and each pose was carefully explained and taught, I was able to learn with confidence and acquire a solid foundation. It was a little difficult to learn the treatment in a short-term intensive class, but studying in a very comfortable space surrounded by nature and with clear air was good because my concentration increased. Also, on holidays, I was able to go sightseeing in Kamakura, which was a fulfilling school life. I would like to continue to learn and deepen the knowledge and technical skills of Thai traditional massage and treatment.

A male acquaintance asked me, "What is Japkasai?" It was the trigger to find out. I am a therapist myself, so I thought it would be easy to learn, but it is said to be the secret of Thai traditional massage, and it is very profound. The course I took in the natural environment of Kamakura, where the Shivaka School of Traditional Medicine is located, was pleasant in terms of environment, and I think it was the best place for learning. In addition, the instructors were very friendly and the atmosphere was friendly, and I was able to ask questions and relax while studying. Also, it was reassuring to be able to practice trial and error properly and to be able to give me solid guidance until I gained confidence. I am very grateful that I was able to take this course.
