This is a course to learn how to deal with symptoms for traditional Thai massage therapists. Learn techniques to relieve back pain. Pressing your lower back for 30 minutes while lying on your stomach will not alleviate the pain. The most common cause of back pain is muscle strain in the buttocks. Gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, piriformis muscle... If you know which part is the center of pain, you will be able to make an accurate approach. It is the most important issue for a therapist to be able to approach the muscles accurately from above, sideways, and obliquely. Too much exercise can cause back pain, and too little exercise can also cause back pain. The psoas major muscle can only be approached from the abdominal side. You can't relax in a prone position.
Intestinal disease may be the cause. Whether it's the colon system, gynecology system, or kidney system... you can guess to some extent about the location of the pain. Back pain can also be caused by stress. The digestive system, such as irritable colitis, is definitely affected by stress. If you have an internal disease, your back pain will not be relieved unless you massage your abdomen. Renal system fatigue also includes adrenal fatigue. General fatigue and chronic fatigue may be caused by adrenal fatigue.
The muscles that cause back pain are mainly large muscles, so the therapist will damage the body with only hands and fingers. No matter how much time you have, it's not enough if you don't use your elbows and knees to approach. This area can be done smoothly by learning the basics with "elbow press", "knee press", and "power press body care freestyle practice technique". "Chi Nei Thang" is also recommended for abdominal massage.
