Therefore, it is important for the therapist himself to be in a dynamic meditative state, and by connecting each other's energies, the therapist's consciousness becomes the client's consciousness, and the body begins to move on its own. sometimes.

Traditional Thai massage also involves stretching, so it is also called “yoga for two”, but it refers to the type of stretching. Originally, both the client and the therapist are in a relaxed meditative state with abdominal breathing, which can greatly affect the physical and mental state of both parties, but Bangkok style, Chiang Mai style, government style Unfortunately, I didn't mention the breathing method around here. In W (double) yoga massage, the therapist must be fully aware of his/her own stretching, breathing, and meditative state.

There is no set formula for the W Yoga Freestyle. Unlike general Thai massage, it often starts from a prone or sideways position. We aim to move sensibly and freely by always relaxing and doing abdominal breathing, meditating, and connecting the client's consciousness. As energy circulates between the client and the therapist, the therapist's body begins to move on its own. "W Yoga Freestyle" is a technique that is performed for the purpose of treatment only. The theory is also conscious of not only the energy line called "Sen" in traditional Thai medicine, but also the "Twelve meridians" and "Eight irregular meridians" in Chinese medicine. This is an advanced level technique based on an understanding of various theories in traditional medicine such as Ayurvedic theory and chakras.
